BOARDING RATES
OPTION 1
FULL BOARD
$575/month
Full board includes grain 2x daily, hay 1x daily (in stall), daily turnout with only the horses in your barn, round rolls in pasture (winter only), and blanketing (if desired)
OPTION 2
PASTURE BOARD
$275/month
Pasture board includes round rolls in pasture (winter only) and full time in one of our 6 pastures. We seperate our pastures into mare and gelding pastures.
EXTRAS
FEEDING (Pasture Board)
PREMIUM PASTURE BOARD includes feeding 1x or 2x daily (owner choice) at the following rates:
FEEDING FEE: $25/mo per feeding (am or pm or both) plus feed cost.
FEED COST: we charge by the pound for actual feed used plus .10/lb.
The Grass Advantage is $1/lb
FEEDS: We use Tucker Milling products and carry the following:
TM Solutions 12 (pelleted)
TM 10-10-10 (textured)
Pro Elite Grass Advantage
Alfalfa pellets
FEEDING (Full Board)
If you supply your own feed, there is no additional charge. If you choose to use our feeds, the costs are as follows:
Full Board: Tucker Milling Solution 12 or 10-10-10 is included in Full Board up to 15lb/day. If your horse requires a Senior feed, it is available at a cost of .25/lb.
STALL USE
Daily Charge
We offer stall usage, when they are available, for more confined movement restriction issues when 24hr confinement is needed. Price is $15/day for a pasture boarded horse and $7.50/day for a stall boarded horse.
PADDOCK USE
Daily Charge
We offer use of 2 paddocks for movement restriction, diet restriction, vet orders, etc. Price is $10/day for pasture boarded horses and $5/day for stall boarded horses
BLANKETING
$30/MO
(included with full board)
Blanket applied according to our temperature ranges. We will blanket if the temperature will be below 40 for more than 5 consecutive hours. If you would like blanketing outside of this range, you will need to handle your own blanketing.
VACCINATIONS
$ VARIES
We administer vaccines annually and dewormer quarterly. We send notices to all boarders when it is time for each. We will do a group order and if you order with us, we will administer.
FARRIER
$VARIES
We do have a farrier that comes out to our facility multiple times throughout the month. You are not required to use our farrier, however, we will not schedule your horses unless they are with our farrier.
HANDLING FEES
$15/HR
Holding horse for vet appointment, farrier, walking colicy horse,etc. There is a 1hr minimum.
RETURNED CHECK FEES
$35
FINANCE FEES
10%
DancingTree Farms will cover vet, farrier, or other expenses for a boarder (within a reasonable amount). On the day/date of service, owner will be sent an invoice for services rendered. If payment is not received by DancingTree within the 48 hour grace period, a 10% finance charge will be added to the total cost of services rendered for said horse.
